You could call me a Professional Organizer — but not in the way you might think.
I don’t declutter closets or color-code pantries. Instead, I work with creative professionals and businesses in the world of food, travel, and hospitality to bring clarity, structure, and real direction to their projects. Whether it’s launching a new idea, managing workflows, or communicating with heart, my approach blends organization, strategy, and storytelling — always tailored, always human.

Sure, I’m a Professional Organizer and a Food Communicator — but these roles go far beyond titles. They’re the result of passions and natural inclinations, shaped through years of experience and continuous learning. My work is where organization meets creativity.
I bring together strategic thinking, storytelling, and practical support for projects in the fields of food, travel, hospitality, and beyond. Whether I’m helping a brand streamline its processes or guiding a creative team from idea to launch, my focus is always the same: clarity, connection, and progress that feels human.
As for me — I travel, I write, I eat, and I organize (not always in that order).
Traveling is my way of staying grounded. It fills my heart, clears my mind, and reminds me who I am. Sitting at the table is my favorite place to be. I love discovering, listening to, and telling stories — especially those with heart and substance. Madrid is my favorite city.  I treasure my roots, even though staying still isn’t really my thing. I practice gratitude daily.
I embrace change — the only real constant. I love nature and the quiet strength it offers.
I chase sunsets, even though I’m an early bird who starts her days before the world wakes up.
